“Grit” in psychology is a positive trait based on one’s passion for a particular long-term goal or end-state, paired with a powerful motivation to achieve the objective. We are a team of leaders and creators, excited about food and the opportunity to shake up brunch, lunch and dinner classics.
Grits Fullerton is a showcase of our craft, where we create a unique and gritty culinary experience for our guests. You will see items on our menu you haven’t seen anywhere else. Our chefs have no restrictions. The only limits are ourselves. If you see something you like, order it. It may not be here tomorrow.
We make everything in-house. We work efficiently, but we will not rush your food—we want to ensure each dish represents who we are and what we do, just right, every time. Our process takes more time than fast food or fast casual restaurants. We don’t have wi-fi or televisions, so we encourage you to share this time with your family and friends.
We know many of our guests will share their experience on social media, but we care to hear what you have to say while dining with us, too.
While we strive for perfection, mistakes do happen. If you feel something should be addressed, please ask to speak with a manager or one of the owners. If you enjoy your visit, give our chefs a thumbs up on the way out. We hate to see you go, but we love to watch you walk away with a smile.
